1. General
This agreement covers the use of killbot-group.com, linked registration and account pages, and Killbot Group services.
The service owner and administrator is Individual Entrepreneur Grigory Nikolaevich Melnikov. A user is anyone who visits the website, creates an account or project, or pays for access.
Using the website, registering or paying for a service means accepting these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
2. Service
Killbot Group provides software for protecting websites from bots, malicious requests, scraping and spam, and for reducing automated click fraud in advertising campaigns.
Available functions depend on the selected product, subscription, integration method and any separately agreed terms. The software is provided subject to its technical limits and published descriptions.
A project may be a website, advertising account or another authorised asset. You confirm that you have the right to manage it and connect the service.
3. Account
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep login details confidential and report unauthorised access promptly.
- Do not sell or transfer an account or create multiple accounts to bypass limits.
- Billing and contract details may be required for paid services.
4. Plans and payment
A free plan and paid subscriptions may be available. Current prices, limits and included functions are shown in the account at my.kill-bot.net/subscriptions.
Paid access begins after payment and may be limited when the paid period ends. Refunds and billing questions are handled under applicable law and any separate agreement.
5. Rights and duties
You agree to
- use the service lawfully and only for projects you are authorised to manage;
- avoid disrupting the platform or attempting unauthorised access;
- pay for selected services and provide information needed for support;
- secure your own website, CMS, server and credentials.
Killbot Group may
- update features, filtering methods, interfaces and technical requirements;
- suspend access for non-payment, illegal use, serious violations or infrastructure risk;
- request information needed to verify an account or perform a contract;
- remove unused projects after 360 days of inactivity following reasonable notice.
6. Intellectual property
Killbot Group code, algorithms, interfaces, databases, design, text and branding are protected by law. Users receive a limited right to use the service within their active plan.
Copying, publishing, reverse engineering, reselling or distributing protected materials without written permission is prohibited unless applicable law expressly allows it.
7. Liability and limits
Killbot Group does not guarantee the complete absence of bots, attacks or third-party outages, or a specific commercial, advertising or search result. Outcomes depend on traffic, configuration, advertising platforms, the customer’s website and third parties.
Killbot Group is not responsible for outages or vulnerabilities in third-party payment, hosting, advertising, analytics or customer systems. Liability limitations apply only to the extent allowed by law.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and disable renewal where available. Outstanding payment and contractual duties remain due.
Killbot Group may restrict or end access following a serious violation, illegal use, non-payment or a threat to the platform or other users.
9. Privacy, changes and contact
Personal data is covered by the Personal Data Policy. Bot-analysis data is explained in Data Security.
These terms may be updated. Material service or pricing changes are communicated through the website, account, email or an official Killbot channel where required.
Russian law applies to the relationship with the service owner, subject to any mandatory rights that apply in the user’s jurisdiction.
